Send us the QR code

  1. Keep going until your console shows a QR code.
  2. Take a clear photo of it with your phone.
  3. Send the photo and your order number to us on WhatsApp.
  4. We'll scan it and sign the account in for you.

Accept the sign-in

Once we've scanned your code, a Sign in pop-up appears on your console. Select it. You're now signed in to the account we provide.

Console Sharing and Offline Play

Next you'll see a page called Console Sharing and Offline Play.

Select Enable. This is what lets the game play on your own account.

Select Don't Enable. You'll play on the account we provide.

Step 5 of 6

Download the game

  1. Go to your Game Library.
  2. Find your game and select Download.

Don't wait for it to finish. As soon as the download starts, go to Step 6.

Switch back to your own account

Play from the account we gave you

  1. While the game is downloading, press the PS button and switch to your own personal account.
  2. The download carries on in the background.
  3. When it's finished, start the game from your own account.
  1. Stay signed in to the account we provided.
  2. When the download is finished, start the game from that account.
  3. Always play from that account. Don't sign it out or remove that user from your console.

If something goes wrong

Most problems are fixed by one of these.

Should I pick Primary or Secondary?

Pick the one you bought. It's shown on your order confirmation. Primary lets you play on your own PSN account. Secondary means you play on the account we give you.

I don't see a QR code

Go back to the user screen, choose Add user, then Get started. Sign in and Quick play don't show the QR code.

The QR code changed before you replied

That's normal. The code refreshes after a few minutes. Send us a photo of the new one.

The game won't start on my own account (Primary)

Make sure you chose Enable on the Console Sharing and Offline Play page. If you chose Don't Enable by mistake, message us and we'll help you switch it on.

Will it work on PS4 or PS5?

Each listing says which console the game is for. Please check it before you order.

I haven't heard back from you yet

Can I change the account's password or email?

No. Please keep the password, email and settings exactly as delivered. Changing them locks the account and isn't covered by our replacement guarantee.
